Lemonade recipe with kiwi and lemon

Lemonade recipe with kiwi and lemon:


4 ripe kiwis
4-5 lemons
1 cup sugar (or to taste)
6 cups water (carbonated or plain)
Lemon slices for decoration


Peel the kiwis and cut them into pieces. Put them in a large saucepan.

Squeeze the juice from the lemons into the same pan with the kiwi.

Add sugar to the pan.

Put the pan on medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it boil for another 5-7 minutes so that the kiwis become soft and give off the juice.

Remove the pan from the heat and let the infusion cool to room temperature.

Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or often double-layered cheesecloth to remove the pulp and seeds.

Pour the resulting syrup into a large jug and add cold water. Mix it up.

Add ice and mix again.

Serve the lemonade in glasses, garnished with lemon slices.
